It always has amazed me how many children could make it all the way through school without being able to read.

Reading is one of the most important fundamental skills that any person should possess. A person's ability to read and comprehend what is read will contribute to the success he or she will have in life. A child that doesn't learn how to read will grow up with self esteem issues, be limited educationally, and also have difficulties in the work place.

Early reading should be encouraged in a positive, and
non-stressful manner. Little First Books was developed with the goal in mind to make available printable books with friendly characters, age appropriate for Preschoolers and Kindergarten aged children.
