It's
rather sad really that I need to have a page that spells
out the do's and don'ts of using my learning materials.
There seems to always be one person in the bunch that
thinks it's ok to take something and reproduce it claiming
it as their own, or stripping my credit from it. I am
a pretty busy person, and I don't really have a lot
of time to chase after people who are disrespectful
of my work. My list members have done a great job looking
after me. :) (Thanks everybody!)...

You CAN print off enough
copies of each reader for every student in your class!
You
CAN print off copies of
each reader for fellow teachers in your school, I'd
appreciate you giving out my web address so they can
visit too!
You
CAN color, and laminate
copies of the readers for use in your own classroom.
You
CAN enlarge the small emergent
readers and make into big books if one is not already
available to use.

You
CANNOT copy my emergent
readers with the intent to sell them on Ebay, from your
website, or putting into shared files like ICQ, AIM,
Giga or any other type of retrieval system.
You
CANNOT cut apart the emergent
readers to use for something else. If you want a graphic,
ask me first.
You
CANNOT upload emergent
reader files to your website, or "hot link"
using up my bandwidth.
You
CANNOT remove the credit
from my emergent readers and claim them as your own
creation.

If you have a question about the permissions,
please email me BEFORE
you use the material. Believe it or not I am a pretty
easy going person, and I do enjoy it when I am asked
first.
